Resetting Guide

New players often ask "Should I reset" and "What do I keep when I do reset" with no clear guide or suggestions for resetting. This Reset Guide was created by Themporal to help address these questions as well as to provide insight on how to reset, what you keep or loose and what you can gain from resetting.

What you keep and loose

Essentially there are only 2 things you'll be able to keep on resetting. The first is the pets that are stored in your Pet backpack. The second thing you'll keep is all the sets in /set, if you used the /set empowerment to store your set, you'll have to get the empowerment again in order to gain access to it.

How To Reset

Resetting is very easy, all you have to do is leave your gang and do the /reset command. However as explained in the paragraph above, you will loose most progression. You can reset once every 24 hours. Before you reset make sure that you put all your pets in your Pet backpack and all your sets in /sets. If you don't have a high enough rank to access /sets, you can always get the +1 set emp.

When resetting you'll start from rank A again. In order to progress faster you can always consider buying the private Dragon Layer Plus access (35 USD), Some ranks will already have access to this.

What is there to gain

• Pets. When resetting you also reset your rank brackets rewards (/rb) and tasks (/tasks). From these rank brackets rewards you'll get 1 Lucky Pet Block from reaching Prestige and 2 Lucky Pet Blocks from reaching Master. You also get 1 Lucky Pet Block from doing tasks page 1.
• Artifacts. From these RB rewards and tasks page 1 you'll also get +-20 artifacts. I suggest you don't apply these if you are still planning on resetting, you'll loose them anyways. Instead, salvage them and use them to awaken your armor. your empowerments also reset so you can always get the 4th line empowerment for a couple resets to get the empowerments you want.
• The most important thing (just for show) for each reset you get a star in front of your IGN in the collor of the rank you reset in.

Is it worth resetting

It depends, are you willing to void 2-8 hours (Without Private DLP) of grinding to gain a couple pets? You can get 3 pets a week (+1 with empowerment) and 1 epet (+1 with empowerment) by trading in MasterOG and Immortal crates. If you are willing to spend 35 USD (for Private DLP) you can get a Master reset in at most 30-45 minutes. If you do spend that money yes it's probably worth resetting +-10 times to get some pets to ++.
