Hello! My name is MetalMario32. You may see me referred to as Milla sometimes. My primary role in the server besides grinding is helping new players progress and doing some of the math and optimization that goes into flying through the ranks.
My notable works relating to the server include:
- My trusty empowerment guide, found below. Tuur420 helped format the guide into a format suitable for the wiki.
- A spreadsheet to calculate how many blocks you need to mine to go up a champ, dependent on some factors. This is found here.
Empowerment Guide
It is important to note that all fortune levels listed in the tables assume that you have no donator rank. If you skip some empowerments due to having a high enough donator rank, you can get some empowerments earlier.
Before Champion 1
Get every empowerment in order. Empowerments that you cannot get because of having a donator rank can be skipped.
No. | Fortune Level | Name | Description | Reason |
---|---|---|---|---|
1 | 50 | Extra Rare Crate Mining | Adds +1 Additional Rare Crate to Rare Crates Mined that are OG or higher (Not eligible for doubling) | Makes grinding for better pickaxes easier which allows you to gain more Fortune and Empowerment Points. |
2 | 250 | Infinite Mine Booster Time | Grants infinite Mine Booster Time | Grants a +50% sell bonus to all mines you mine in, which makes getting to Master 1 faster. |
3 | 500 | Extra Artifact | Provides 50% chance for an additional Artifact when found (Not eligible for doubling) | Artifacts are useful at all points in the game. Get this early. |
4 | 1K | Infinite Bait | Provides infinite Bait time | This empowerment makes fishing talents easier to get. |
5 | 2.5K | Infinite Fish Attractant | Provides infinite Fish Attractant time | Same logic as Infinite Bait. |
6 | 5K | Extra Rare Key Fishing | Adds +1 Additional Rare Key to Rare Keys Fishing that are Master Key or Higher (Not eligible for doubling) | This provides more rare keys, increasing your token gain. |
7 | 10K | Lure | Provides a 5% timer reduction to catch fish | Grants a small boost to the speed of catching fish. |
8 | 20K | Increase Fortune | Add +1 to the amount of fortune gained from Leveler / DoubleLevel / TripleLevel / QuadLevel | You'll have a TD pick by this point which means you're ready to start building Fortune through Leveler. |
Champion 1 through Knight 1
Here, you'll be fishing until you can afford Spiral 108 and Abundance 500. After you're done with this, use your free Depowerment Cookie from ArtifactDave and re-select the following empowerments:
No. | Fortune Level | Name |
---|---|---|
1 | 50 | Extra Rare Crate Mining |
2 | 250 | Infinite Mine Booster Time |
3 | 500 | Extra Artifact |
4 | 1K | Increase Fortune |
Then, select the following:
No. | Fortune Level | Name | Description | Reason |
---|---|---|---|---|
5 | 2.5K | Champion Frenzy | Champion Frenzy provides Quad Keys, Crates and Money instead of double | Increases the bonus to money and crates during Champion Frenzy to 4x, which is a very large boost in progression. |
6 | 5K | Personal Champion Frenzy | Allows you to start Champion Frenzy whenever you want (twice a day) | This ensures that you never miss a Champion Frenzy. Extremely important to progression, along with Champion Frenzy. |
7 | 10K | Double Personal Booster Effect | Doubles Personal Booster bonus given from Personal Boosters on use | Increases the bonus to money by using a Personal Booster to 4x, which stacks with Champion Frenzy to give you a huge amount of money. |
8 | 20K | Double Personal Booster Time | Doubles Personal Booster time given from Personal Boosters on use | Allows you to conserve Personal Boosters and helps in times of shortage. |
From this point, there are three different paths you can take, depending on what you wish to progress. Which path is better heavily depends on your play style. If you choose to switch paths at any point, simply stock up on 25 Artifact Dust for a Cookie.
Crates and Pickaxe Growth:
No. | Fortune Level | Name | Description | Reason |
---|---|---|---|---|
9 | 40K | Double NorthKeep Outpost Bonus | Increases NorthKeep bonus to 20% | Every crate that you mine will now have a 20% chance of being doubled instead of 10%. |
10 | 70K | Double SouthKeep Outpost Bonus | Increases SouthKeep bonus to 20% | Every crate that you open will now have a 20% chance to double the tokens you receive from it instead of 10%. |
Remember that you can rent outposts with Gems using /g o!
Fishing Talents:
No. | Fortune Level | Name | Description | Reason |
---|---|---|---|---|
9 | 40K | Fishing Frenzy | Fishing Frenzy provides Quad Keys, Crates and Fish Caught instead of double | Increase the bonus to fish caught during Fishing Frenzy to 4x. Very useful for getting a large amount of fish quickly. |
10 | 70K | Personal Fishing Frenzy | Allows you to start Fishing Frenzy whenever you want (twice a day) | Same logic as Personal Fishing Frenzy. |
You don't have to fish consistently, just during your (Personal) Fishing Frenzy. This will still get you lots of fish caught.
Godkit Sacrifice: (improving PurpleUrkle/SFVOG bonus)
No. | Fortune Level | Name | Description | Reason |
---|---|---|---|---|
9 | 40K | Double Poseidon's Lair Points | Doubles Points Earned from Poseidon's Lair | Poseidon's Lair is easily the fastest way to get DragonEggs. This empowerment makes that process even faster. |
10 | 70K | DragonEgg Tom | Reduces Dank Dust needed by 1 to exchange for DragonEgg | Makes it easier to exchange for the specific DragonEgg you want. |
There are legends of a texture pack that helps with Poseidon's Lair. Ask around and you may just find it.
These next four empowerments are the last essential ones to get. You can easily get to Knight after achieving 400K Fortune and finishing the empowerment list. If you happen to obtain more empowerment points, go back to the 40-70K paths and get the empowerments for the paths you did not choose.
No. | Fortune Level | Name | Description | Reason |
---|---|---|---|---|
11 | 100K | Personal Frenzy | Your Frenzy procs now add to both your personal timer and the global timer | Ensures that you never run out of Frenzy, especially during your Personal Champion Frenzy. You still need to mine to make this useful. |
12 | 200K | Double Momentum Bonus | Momentum now provides a 0.2% bonus to money and tokens per level instead of 0.1% | Provides a hefty bonus to token gain from mining that scales with your Momentum level. |
13 | 300K | Extra Momentum | Provides 50% chance for an additional +1 Momentum when found (Not eligible for doubling) | Complements Double Momentum Bonus by letting you get more Momentum levels every time you mine the enchant. |
14 | 400K | Unlock 1x Armor Set | Unlock usage of sets, ability to store 1 set | Allows you to get the benefit of a Godkit while wearing event armor on your person to survive longer in the Nether Mine. |
Knight 1 and Beyond
At this point, you have flexibility in your empowerments. I'm not going to list an order for which ones you should get because it heavily depends on your play style. Make sure to get all of the empowerments above before considering any empowerments below this point.
Empowerment List for Knights: (I'll write this list up later. The guide in its current state is meant for players under K1.)
