Added /mtier <player> You can now lookup Monthly Tier Tasks of other players to view their progress.

Warp Menu /warps has had Private Mines Warp moved to bottom with Donator Rank warps
Updated CrateOpener Menu /crateopener it can now lookup your CBP Settings to look for settings conflicts and tells you why Crate Opener isn't opening that crate.
Updated CrateOpener info to explain what crate opener does incase it wasn't already obvious
Updated KeyOpener Menu /keyopener it can now lookup your KBP Settings to look for settings conflicts and tells you why Key Opener isn't opening that key.
Convoy Flare mechanics have been slightly changed - Convoy Flares now conceal Convoy Drop Locations for anyone except the player who launched the Flare until the convoy has touched ground. After a convoy touches the ground then coordinates to it become public.
/hatch now displays a message saying you receive it at Prestige 1 when you have not receive P1 or an Egg yet.

Fixed Monthly Vote Tier Completion Message Showing for each Tier instead of just the highest one
Fixed LuckyKeyFinder 9 not being buyable - it will require HC 16 to buy.
Fixed LuckyKeys++ 9 not being buyable - it will require HC 9 to buy.
Fixed KBP ++ Tier Upgrade in /kbpsettings showing as requiring UltraOG rank, everyone can toggle this setting using /s kbptierupgrade
Fixed Donator Ranks in /warps showing as Locked for some Donators.
Fixed Holiday Event Crate and Key Double Event not properly to doubling crates and keys from Mining and Fishing.
Fixed /hatch missing return statement when a player has never received a Lucky Pet Egg yet, causing it to display an internal message error in chat when a new player is using command.
Fixed DankBot Issuing multiple bans when a player is using Fake Creative Hack
