Added /s mimic allows you disable mimic messages except frenzy and rampages ones since those are server wide

Update Server core to 1.19.2 The recommended version for playing server is 1.19.2 but anything 1.16+ will do for now.
Recoded Scoreboard System - it now updates faster and supports Hex Color Codes
All NPC's will have all Armor and items in Hands cleared to update server core. You will need to readd Armor / items to your NPC if you want them
Players with 50+ Private Mines no longer have to reset private mines in 2 halves
When using /rce all with enchants Prestigious, Upsurge, Escalation, RR, RM, RC, and RK it now displays a message in chat informing you that these enchants are no longer refunded when using /rce all since some people refuse to read changelogs.
Enhancer no longer has rank bracket level limitations
Improved dankbot responses with words that start with "exp" triggering an expexchanger response from dankbot
Crate Boost Menu /cb now starts at 1% instead of 0% to prevent confusion as everyone has a 1% chance to find CE Armor Enchants without any additional CB Bonus

Removed Lucky Pet Egg Dankbot Responses as it's no longer a valid item within the server
Hatch command has been removed (1.19.2 removes detection method needed for hatching eggs)
Barrier bow particles removed (they don't exist in 1.19.2)
Barrier elytra particles removed (they don't exist in 1.19.2)
Grass path has been removed from shop (they don't exist in 1.19.2)
% to mine PrivateMine removed (PrivateMine resets now go back to normal timers)
