The Death Black List is a custom Black List concept created for Dank Prison to prevent people from Repeatedly Tapping Outposts after dying.

If you die while Combat Tagged in PvP World you will be added to the Death Black List for 30 Minutes. (If you are Immortal Rank or higher it's 15 Minutes.)
Havoc is a Custom Sword Enchant which can extend DBL time of the person you kill by 1 minute per level of Havoc Enchant.
You can use a Soul Stone to prevent being added to the DBL or you can use a Soul Stone to remove your current DBL Timer.

Command	Description
/dbl	Displays the current players on the Death Black List along with their Time Remaining.
