Pet Guide

New players often ask "what are the best Pets" and "which pets should I upgrade" with no clear guide or suggestions for what to do with their pets. This Pet Guide was created by ILikeBeingBanned and FlamingBird101 to help address these questions as well as to provide insight on how to get, upgrade, and manage pets.

Pet Overview

All Pets (with the exception of the Convoy Pet) are obtained through 2 major sources, Lucky Pet Blocks and the Pet Exchange /pex.

Certain exclusive pets are not available using /pex and must be obtained through certain Lucky Pet Blocks. All exclusive pets can also be bought using /buy.

All pets can be salvaged using /salvage for a Pet Upgrade Stone, which is required to upgrade all ++ pets.

When pets reach their max level, you must use /petcombine to upgrade them by combining another max level pet of the same type.

The Crate Opener pet is the only pet that cannot be upgraded.

Mining Guide

This is the guide for those that want to primarily mine. There are slight differences between this and the fishing guide. The pets are listed in order of importance. NOTE: The exclusive pets are listed here in the order to get them if you buy them from the store, or mine a LPB++. Focus getting the non-exclusive pets BEFORE you save up LPBs for getting the exclusive pets.

Infinite Sell/Token Multiplier	Not important at base level, but + and ++ versions good
Gem	Good to get gang boosts and enchant sword
Emblem	Good for enchanting sword
PLair Rewards	Plair is not worth your time

Fishing Guide

Hybrid Guide

If you are below M1, have no idea what you're doing, or only fish for achievements, this is the guide for you. This guide is meant to be followed top-down in order of importance. Exclusive pets are not listed; just keep them if you get them.

Lucky Block	Increases games gained as well as crates	After this point, go back to the Crate Finder pet and work on getting Crate Finder++. Work your way down this list, exchanging MOG Crates using /pex to gain the pets needed. Get your pets to level 7, then salvage Pets for Pet upgrade stones to obtain levels 8, 9, and 10 if you lack the ability to obtain the money needed.
Key Finder	Does not work while fishing	Most keys are obtained via ranking up and fishing; this pet provides less utility than Key Doubler.
Rankup	Makes ranking up faster
Money	Small money increase
Prestige	Makes prestiging faster
Vote Points	More vote points = more LPBs	Save up vote points until you get both this and Vote Rewards pet, then buy LPBs.
Lucky Plinko	Good for AM time / crates	Better than WOF as it provides a reward every time
Gem	Good to get outpost boosts and enchant sword
Vote Rewards	Less expensive /vr prices = More LPBs
Lucky WoF	Good for AM time / crates	Objectively worse than Plinko due to having a chance of no reward.
Lucky OverDrive	One of the few ways to get OD time	It doesn't proc much but it adds up.
Lucky Slots	Slots are nice for AM Time, Crates, etc.
Lucky Auto-Miner	More AM from mining	Most AM time comes from games; this pet does not provide a lot of AM time.
Master	Reduces price of Master	Only useful after C1
Champion	Reduces price of Champion	Only useful after K1, or if you're one of those people that needs others to say "gg" after every time you champion
Emblem	Okay if you PVP
Infinite Token Multiplier	Situational	Provides small token boost using /convertlist, mostly for Pet Bundle /pb
Infinite Sell Multiplier	Situational	Provides small token boost using /convertlist, mostly for Pet Bundle /pb
Mine Reset	Situational	This pet is only useful if you /reset with 2 or more pmines, are going for the "The Whacko" tag, or need it for the Pet Bundle /pb
